Well, folks, according to our post-racial, post-cultural, post-American president, we are living on foreign soil, in somebody else’s country. The original owners are coming to reclaim it, and It’s time to learn Spanish and Mexican history and culture. Maybe they’ll be gracious and let us apply for citizenship… maybe even let us press 2 for English…

Dog-Whistling Obama Campaigns in Mexico: I Apologize for America, Now Help Me Win the House in 2014! – The Rush Limbaugh Show

RUSH: So let’s go to the audio sound bites this morning in Mexico City at the Anthropology Museum, president Obama speaking to Mexican college students

OBAMA: (god-like reverb) Our attitudes sometimes are trapped in old stereotypes. Some Americans only see the Mexico that is depicted in sensational headlines of violence and border crossings — and let’s admit it. Some Mexicans think that America disrespects Mexico, or thinks that America is trying to impose itself on Mexican sovereignty or just wants to wall ourselves off. And in both countries, such distortions create misunderstandings that make it harder for us to move forward together. So I’ve come to Mexico because I think it’s time for us to put the old mind-sets aside. It’s time to recognize new realities, including the impressive progress of today’s Mexico.

Mo Rocca’s Dead Serious, Low-Info CBS News Report: Greedy America Stole Half of Mexico in an Unjust War – The Rush Limbaugh Show

RUSH: I said on Friday that Obama apologizing to the students for America “imposing its sovereignty” on Mexico is a dog whistle. It’s a huge dog whistle to radicalized young Hispanic voters. What he did was send signals to that voting bloc beneath the radar, because most people are not gonna understand this sovereignty business. That bloc that’s underneath the radar — Telemundo, Univision — he’s telling them that he agrees with them that California should still be Mexico and that New Mexico should still be Mexico.

CBS’ “Sunday Morning”… we have a portion of a report by a correspondent named Mo Rocca about the impact of the Mexican-American War on today’s debate on immigration reform. Now, part of this is a Penn State University professor, Amy Greenberg, who has written recently that we had no business going to war with the Mexicans, and we had no business taking California from ’em. We had no business taking anything else from ’em, and it really is theirs.

She has written that … James Polk, the extremist right-wing Christian went to Congress and said American blood had been shed on American soil but it wasn’t because it was on American soil, it was still Mexico. He really firmly believed it was America’s destiny to spread to the Pacific and to take California. He was gonna do it. God had singled him out.”

RUSH: That’s the dog whistle! Obama was telling the students in Mexico City that he agreed with that, folks. That’s why he went there and apologized for us “imposing our sovereignty” on Mexico.

Well…. as any student of history will confirm for you,

1. The border incident, that this obviously learned, unbiased, patriotic professeuse from Penn State (the nation’s number one party school… famous for being the number two source of the falsified data to support the global warming hoax) has misrepresented in her writings, had actually occurred on land that both Mexico and Texas had claimed to be theirs, arising from the disagreement about which river was to mark the border between the two republics. The US inherited the dispute when Texas joined the union.

2. It is unfashionable to mention anymore that the West had a very small population of Mexicans and Spaniards, and that they were given full US citizenship, retained title to their lands and possessions, etc. They were not dispossessed, driven off  or exterminated, as is the usual historical fate of the losing side. And if the Zorro tales have any basis in historical fact, these “conquered” populations were rather happy and eager to become Americans, free from Mexico and its oligarchic rulers.

3. It is unfashionable to mention that today’s Mexican invasion is not carried out by the descendants of people who lived here before La Invasion Americana, but by people from other parts of Mexico farther south, who have never had any ties or claim to these lands.

4. The final inconvenient truth (thank you, Ellen) is that Illinois, Pennsylvania, even Long Island NY, and way too many other places east of the Rockies or the Mississippi have NEVER been part of Mexico, yet even there entire cities, towns and counties are becoming totally ethnic-cleansed by the Mexican invasion, just like here in the Southwest.

I wonder how Obama can justify that — except for the obvious, that they all vote Democrat.
