A Thousand Years & Nothing Changed
1. Muslim hordes are invading Europe
2. Hungary is trying to hold them back
3. Europe shows its gratitude by spewing hate
Dammit, everything just had to come full circle. My parents finally managed to flee the worker’s paradise when I was a child, and here in my old age I have to see America being taken over by the socialist useful-idiot rabble of Clinton and 0bama. For all my teen and adult life not having cared a whit about the hellhole we left behind, now all the news is about muslim hordes invading Europe, and Hungary once again manning the ramparts, now as for the last 800 years. And the quirkiest twist on this is that it is not I but my wife (third generation American from Romanian roots) who is more caught up in this than I am, or still want to be.
But because in the reporting on this crisis there is such infuriating ignorance and racist bigotry being spewed by the same old “real” Europeans who, even after thousands of years, still can’t admit that there is a Europe east of the Rhine, I thought I’d present some relevant facts.
An Outline Of Relevant History
Within a hundred years after Mohammed, the muslims were laying siege to France.
Within a couple of hundred years after the Crusades, muslim Turks were conquering the Balkans, a hundred years before they took Constantinople and turned it into Istanbul.
As a result, Hungary shared a border — that is, a state of constant more or less active warfare — with the muslim ottoman Turkish empire till the end of World War 1.
At least half if not more of the classical literature of Hungary is on the theme of suicidally heroic resistance against the human wave attacks of muslim hordes, drunk on visions of the 72 virgins waiting for them at the business end of the cannon balls, arrows, javelins, rocks, burning coal, tar and oil being dumped on them by men, women and children literally fighting to the bitter end.
Today they are bringing out the cavalry (yes, police on horses), Humvees, water cannon and tear gas against the “refugees” rioting on the Serbian side of the “ramparts” build of barbed and razor wire.

You can’t possibly fail to see that, for Hungarians, nothing has changed in a thousand years. The same for Poles, Slovaks, Ukrainians, Russians, Croatians and others who fought and managed to stay free. But Bulgarians, Romanians, Serbs, Slovenes and Greeks spent a thousand years in Turkish slavery, and Hungary was bled dry by the constant war and a 150 year long occupation of its core.
The West did not bother to help till the very end, and only when they finally had enough with the second siege of Vienna, and even then it took the Pope to shame them into liberating Hungary too. And they still waited till WW1 to liberate the Balkans, and never bothered to take back Constantinople.
Today even the Pope is castigating Hungary — and the US, too — for not helping the “refugees.” Everyone is swayed by the propaganda about one young victim of a totally avoidable tragedy, and are blind to the fact that the march of literally hundreds of thousands of young MEN per month, and literally millions in the past few years, is not an exodus of refugees, but an invasion; and it’s an invasion that was both foretold and ordained by nothing less than a fatwa.

‘Europe’s response is madness’
almost 150,000 illegal immigrants have crossed Hungary’s borders this year alone. This number is already three and a half times the total for 2014
Europe is not in the grip of a “refugee problem” or a “refugee situation”, but … an ever-mounting wave of modern-era migration.
people-smuggling gangs have made almost EUR 16 billion from the transportation of illegal immigrants, with around 30,000 people dying as a result of their trade. The events taking place at sea, on the roads and on our borders are inhuman, and Europe’s response is madness.
The fact that no one apart from Hungary and Spain wants to defend Europe’s borders is quite depressing.
To those Europeans who believe in a United States of Europe, I recommend the words of a great president of the United States: “Government of the people, by the people, for the people.” Europe must not stand in opposition to the will of Europe’s citizens. But now we have a situation in which European citizens want something different from that which is put forward by most European governments.
Only after we have held back the tide will it be worth talking about all the other issues. Only when we have protected our borders can we ask questions such as how many people we want to receive, or if there should be quotas. Let us not forget, however, that those arriving have been raised in another religion, and represent a radically different culture. Most of them are not Christians but Muslims.
Europe and European identity is rooted in Christianity. Is it not worrying in itself that European Christianity is now barely able to keep Europe Christian? If we lose sight of this, the idea of Europe could become a minority interest in its own continent. Ceterum censeo: there is no alternative and we have no option but to defend our borders.
Damned if you do, damned if you don’t
The vitriol in the comments on this article is just astounding, but it is typical western bigotry against eastern Europeans in general and Hungary in particular.
